In order to order the production of materials you will need:

  • provide complete information about the project (idea, shooting style, clothing accessories, etc.) and where it is planned to use finished materials.
  • provide information about the company (name, registration number, legal address, contact person, phone number).
  • after that we will prepare a contract with the conditions that we can offer you and if you do not propose suggestions for amendments, the contract must be signed by both parties.
  • after you have paid the contract, we will proceed with the execution of your application.

The cost of projects is not fixed because it depends on many factors associated with your project and is calculated individually for each client.

Standard License (Royalty-free)

On web sites, blogs, in electronic documents or books, in electronic advertising materials, presentations. – Allowed without restrictions.

In the electronic newsletter. – Allowed. No more than 250,000 recipients.

For advertising purposes in magazines, newspapers, books, including when used on the cover of a publication. – Allowed. The circulation is not more than 500,000 copies.

Term of use. – indefinitely.

Territory of use. – No limits.

The number of electronic projects where images can be used. – No limits.

The number of print projects where images can be used. – For electronic mailing in total no more than 250,000 recipients. For magazines, newspapers, etc., a total of not more than 500,000 copies.

How many times to pay for an image. – Once – when purchasing Content

Use at exhibitions and other public events indoors. – Allowed.

What you can’t do with images purchased under a standard license:

  • use in outdoor advertising;
  • use as part of product packaging design;
  • sell and transfer to third parties;
  • post in the public domain for unlimited download and copying on the Internet;
  • use as a trademark, logo;
  • use in a context that could damage the reputation of the author, copyright holder or model;
  • use in spam.

Extended License (Extended Royalty-free)

On websites, blogs, newsletters, in electronic promotional presentations that are not for sale. – Allowed. No limit on the number of recipients.

For advertising purposes in magazines, newspapers, books, including when used on the cover of a publication. – I will allow it. Unlimited in circulation.

For any advertising purposes. – Allowed. No volume limits.

Term of use. – indefinitely.

Territory of use. – No limits.

The number of projects where images can be used. – No limits.

How many times to pay for an image. – Once upon purchase of content.

Use at exhibitions and other public events. – Allowed.

Use in calendars, postcards and any other souvenir products, including for sale. – Allowed.

Use as a design element for product packaging. – Allowed. Without limiting the number of copies.

Use in movies or videos. – Allowed.

What can not be done with images purchased under an extended license:

  • use as a trademark, logo;
  • sell and transfer to third parties;
  • post freely available on the Internet for unlimited download and copying on the Internet;
  • use in a context that could damage the reputation of the author, copyright holder or model;
  • use in spam.

Rights-Managed (RM)

Photography on it is limited not only by location, but also by time of use.
Rights Managed Images (or RM) are called photos or graphics which are licensed under a limited usage license called Rights-Managed. This means that you, as the customer, will negotiate the usage of the images and the time and the place with agency and they will give you a Rights Managed license for this particular image you want to use.

To buy an image under a Rights Managed license, you must explain the agency the details of the intended use for the image. You must specify:

  • image size and resolution
  • geographical area where the photo will be used / distributed
  • medium in which the photo will be used / distributed
  • lenght of time the photo will be in use
  • volume of copies or reach of the distribution of the photo
  • purpose for what the photo will be used (what industry, etc)
  • exclusivity rights to use the photo (when available)

Editorial licence

Editorial is suitable for those who plan to use photos on the pages of information publications and online media.

Under this license, you can’t buy photos for placement in advertising articles and materials, because the people in the pictures did not sign the model release, and therefore did not give consent to use their faces in advertising.

In addition to people in photographs sold under the Editorial license, you can also find company logos, trademarks and other elements that you will never find in photos with a different license.
